Features
T-die employed a double-flow saving to design. The film is even in thickness and adjustment is easy. Heaters are made of cast aluminum to insure less trouble and the T-die has been updated to insure NO.1product quality .
Top screw with independent heating zones to insure top curing and accurate heating and even extrusion quantity .
Employed a top temperature control system for curing process control, film thickness and smoothness control.
Film thickness is controlled by the screw and V.F. drive and pull speed.
Cooling roller with a diameter of 350mm and double-loop cooling system . Compyterized analogue temperature control system of the cooling roller is optional .The optional item may make the film more smooth and even in thickness.
